Our role is to help users submit a single online request and, where a match is possible, to transmit that request to independent third-party providers who may review it. LoanWise is not a provider, a broker in every context, an agent of any user, or a party to any agreement you may enter into with a third party. We do not make approval decisions, set terms, determine pricing, extend offers, hold funds, collect payments, or service any account.

Specifically, LoanWise does not:

  • guarantee that your request will be reviewed, matched, or accepted;
  • guarantee any particular outcome, timeline, cost, or term;
  • endorse, recommend, or vouch for any third party that may review your request;
  • act as your representative in any transaction with a third party;
  • charge you a fee for submitting a request through the Website.

Any decision made about your request is made solely by the third party reviewing it, using its own criteria. Whether you receive an offer, and on what terms, is entirely outside our control. Submitting a request through the Website does not create any obligation for you to accept an offer, and it does not create any obligation for a third party to make one.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or its features at any time, with or without notice.
